The current advertising available is in our quarterly
Newsletter as follows:

Colour is displayed on the
cover (Page 1) as well as on the advertising page (Page 4). As from August
2006 the Newsletter is digitally printed allowing all colours including
photos to be printed. |

The standard advertising
space is approximately 9cm Square with 6 spaces available on the back page.

| Cost: | $200.00
per annum payable in advance. |
| Contract: | 12
months or 4 issues, with the option of the continuing 12 months or 4 issues
until renewal is no longer required. This includes a similar advertisement
on our
Sponsors
page. |
| Other Sponsors: |
In general we will not
accept advertising from a business that offers a similar service as another
advertiser. |
| Quantity: |
Distributed to all members
of the association including sponsors, other States and Territories
belonging to the National Body. (Property Owners Association of Australia) |
| Deadline: |
Deadline for changes to
advertisements is the 15th of the previous
month of issue. Although after the first print the advertisement may remain
the same, although we are happy to change the wording to make members aware of different
services provided. |
| Alternate: |
If you require more
information displayed as a single advertisement, we give you the option of
supplying your own A4 flyer which we will insert into a single issue
Newsletter for the single price of $125.00. |
| For Advertisers: | If you advertise on the back of our Newsletter and consider you have information about the Rental industry that may interest our members, feel free to forward an article. This can be from your industry or written by your company. This is not to be an advertisement but more of interest or changes in the industry. If we consider the article of interest to our members we will publish with notation of source. |
